Vassilis Nykteris started training in ‘Athletic and Spiritual Association Kronos "ZanShinDoKan" in January of 2000 at the age of twenty five. For four years he trained under Kostas Yiannas (3rd Dan). In the mean time he was attending the seminars of Pascal Guillemin (6th Dan), student of Christian Tissier (8th Dan). In September 2004 he left Greece to settle in Paris in order to train under Christian Tissier. Three years of daily, intense training followed. During those years he was given the 2nd Dan from the French sensei.In October 2006 he travelled to Japan. There, he was hosted for some weeks in Kyoto by the teacher Yoko Okamoto (6tn Dan) and then he visited the Honbu dojo of Aikikai in Tokyo. In May 2007 he returned to Greece and founded Aikido Academy of Athens, while in the same year he was given the 3rd Dan (June 2007). In December 2010 he was awarded in Paris by French shihan the 4th Dan Aikikai and in January of 2016 he was awarded with the 5th Dan Aikikai.

Vassilis Manthos was born in Athens . He started his practising in Aikido at 2007 at the age of 18 years old. .Took his first grade (shodan) at 2008 and currently holds his 3nd dan (Nidan). Has attended training seminars of Cristian Tissier / Pascal Guillemin.He is practicing at Aikido Acadey under the guidance of Vassilis Nykteris .Allongside his personal training he teaches at adult section begginers 1.

Yro Giaveropoulou was born in Athens . He started his practising in Aikido at the age of 23 years old.Took her first grade (shodan) at 2004 and currently holds his 3nd dan (Sandan).Has attended training seminars of Cristian Tissier / Pascal Guillemin /Yukimitsu Kobayashi / Gordon Jones .She is practicing at Aikido Acadey under the guidance of Vassilis Nykteris .Allongside his personal training he teaches at children section at ages 5-7 years old.
